☆Payment is due up-front before the commission is started. With the exception of wanting to pay half of the total first, and then paying the rest of the total upon receiving a sketch.
☆Once we've decided the payment/method of payment I will start on the sketch. Once the sketch is complete you are allowed to request as many changes here. If you continuously request changes and are not specific beforehand, extra fees may apply. This only applies if you're asking for a ridiculous amount of changes.
☆I almost always send WIPS of my progress throughout sketching and lineart stages. I may not send WIPS of coloring or shading unless requested.
☆Once Artwork is finished you are more than happy to request a high quality image/file of your artwork!
☆I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
☆Similarly, I reserve the right to cancel a commission (with refund, as listed below) at any time due to harassment, improper conduct, or poor communication.Deadlines and Refunds
☆If your commission needs to be completed by a certain date, please let me know upon sending me your information. I personally cannot guarantee any rushed commissions to be done by their date. So if you're looking for an artist that needs to complete an art piece in a very short timeframe guaranteed. I unfortunately am not the artist for that.
☆Turnaround time depends on the status of my queue at the time and things happening in real life (holidays, vacation, work), but generally ranges from a week to three months at most. Estimated times may vary depending on commission type; if you'd like a rough estimate, don't be afraid to ask!
☆Artwork is non-refundable once complete; if you are for any reason dissatisfied with the piece let me know and we can work something out. Otherwise unfortunately I will not be giving refunds. In the nicest way possible, it is your responsibility to let me know any problems with the art piece before completion. ☆You may redesign the character as you'd like and use them how you'd like. I do ask you to try and refrain from straying too far from the original design (make it unrecognizable) but I realistically won't tell you what to do. The character is yours!
☆What you do with your character in private isn't any of my business. Although if I somehow see or find out your using my character for obvious bad things (sexual assault, pedophillia, beastiality, etc) you are getting blocked and blacklisted.End
If you refuse to follow or abide by my terms of service or become difficult about it you will get an automatic block/blacklist. I am a very flexible person to work with and by no means am I trying to make anyone's life harder. So please be considerate!
